This 90-minute webinar will take you through the steps of the COVID-19 Business Response Canvas, an adaptation of the widely-used Business Model Canvas. Developed by Brad Fitzsimmons of Innovation Guelph, this powerful business modelling tool has been updated to reflect today’s realities. Businesses will have the opportunity to increase their value as they prepare for market entry during the pandemic and beyond through creating their own action plan.

Brad has worked with over 250 companies applying the Business Model Canvas for COVID-19 and has a firm grasp on the challenges facing Ontario’s businesses of all sizes. He will be joined by Steven Karpenko of Ontario’s Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade. Steven has been applying and teaching the Business Model Canvas for over five years and most recently presented to over 900 companies on leadership skills during the initial crisis and re-opening phases.
